Job Overview
Quantra Software builds a customer platform used daily by small businesses and is looking for a thoughtful UI/UX Designer.
You will work with a product manager and four engineers to research, design and ship new features in every sprint.
Responsibilities
Design user flows, wireframes and polished interfaces for web and mobile.
Run usability sessions and turn feedback into design changes.
Keep the Figma design system tidy, documented and up to date.
Pair with engineers during the build and review each release before launch.
Share work early and explain design decisions clearly.
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of UI/UX or product design experience
A portfolio showing shipped work and process
Strong Figma skills, including components and auto layout
Good understanding of accessibility and responsive design
Clear written and spoken communication
Nice To Have
Experience with motion or interaction design tools
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
Background in B2B or SaaS products
Experience running user interviews
