3. Our Recruitment Services

When you hire through AlphaWave, the scope, fees and timelines of each search are confirmed in a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement takes priority.

We screen candidates carefully, but final hiring decisions, employment contracts and on-site checks remain the responsibility of the hiring company.

4. Candidates and Applications

When you apply for a role, you confirm that the information you share is accurate and up to date. We only share your profile with an employer after discussing the role with you, and you can withdraw your application at any time.

5. Fees and Payment

Our fees are listed in your proposal or service agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days. Candidates never pay AlphaWave to be considered for a role.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to AlphaWave or its licensors. You may not reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We work hard to keep our website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, AlphaWave is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website.
